Randy Jackson, Pastor

Pastor Jackson was called to Faith Baptist in August of 2003 after more than a decade of working with teens. His unique preaching style and love for people are evident, and God continues to bless his ministry here. He has been a guest speaker for teen camps, school revivals, camp meetings, and college chapel services. Both Pastor and his wife Julie are graduates of Pensacola Christian College, Pensacola, Florida. Married for 16 years, the Jacksons have three children: Kimberlie (13), Taylor (11), and Zachary (6).

Matthew Cox, Youth Pastor

Bro. Matthew came to Faith Baptist in August of 2006. He has helped to organize our missions and visitation outreaches, but his primary focus is growing our teen and children's ministries. Matthew and his wife Karis are graduates of Pensacola Christian College, Pensacola, Florida, and he also completed a master's degree at Pensacola Theological Seminary. They are the proud parents of a daughter, Marissa, born in November 2007, and will welcome another baby girl at the end of this year.

Karis Cox, Church Secretary

A pastor's daughter from Austin, Texas, Karis is no stranger to working behind the scenes. When she's not in the office answering the phone, you can find her organizing the nursery, decorating for one of our fellowships, or helping her husband plan teen activities. Karis has a music degree from Pensacola Christian College, and is married to our youth pastor, Matthew Cox. Together they have a daughter, Marissa, born in November 2007, and look forward to welcoming another baby girl in December 2008.

James Bean, Music Director

Bro. Bean is a man of God, and we are blessed to have him at Faith Baptist Church. His enthusiasm and love for his Lord are evident in each song he leads. In addition to leading the choir and congregational songs, Bro. Bean also teaches an adult Sunday School class. He has several children and grandchildren.
