Randy Jackson, Senior Pastor

Pastor Jackson came to a saving knowledge of Christ when he was in first grade at Neuse Baptist Christian School in Raleigh, North Carolina. God called him to preach during his freshman year at Pensacola Christian College. However, a summer as a camp counselor at The Wilds Christian Camp in Brevard, North Carolina, confirmed that God was calling him to work with young people. Upon graduation in 1991 with a B. A. in youth ministries/speech, he married his college sweetheart Julie Kemp in the summer of 1992. Together they served nearly twelve years in various youth ministries in South Carolina, Michigan, and Florida before God burdened his heart to become a senior pastor. Pastor and his family moved to Estill Springs from the Orlando area in August 2003 to pastor Faith Baptist Church. He completed a Master of Arts degree in Theological Studies through Liberty University in December 2012.

Pastor Jackson has been a guest speaker at teen camps, school revivals, pastors' conferences, camp meetings, and college chapel services. As excited as he is to be called pastor, he is even more thrilled to be called dad by Kimberlie (17), Taylor (15), and Zachary (10).

Brian Baker, Youth Pastor

Bro. Brian was saved in 1997 at the age of nine after watching a church drama with a strong salvation message two nights in a row. As a teenager at the Bill Rice Ranch in Murfreesboro, TN, he later answered the call of the Lord to ministry. Since that time, he has dedicated his life to ministering to teens. Brian met his wife Kristen at West Coast Baptist College in Lancaster, CA. They both graduated in 2010 and were married in March 2011. After completing a youth and music internship in Pennsylvania, God led Brian to Faith Baptist Church in September 2012, where he now serves as the youth pastor.

Kristen Baker, Church Secretary

If you call the church office during the week, you're likely to hear Kristen's cheerful voice on the other end of the line. A native of Pennsylvania, she is a Math Education graduate of West Coast Baptist College in Lancaster, CA. Kristen is married to our youth pastor Brian Baker, and we are blessed to have her serving in our church office!
